The new program, allowing young people in the EU to volunteer abroad and develop themselves learning new languages and skills, has been accepted by the EU Parliament and Council. The new ESC program, building on top of the previous EVS program, will allow participants to volunteer in different countries both in the EU and outside of it, helping young people to prepare themselves for their future and help the international community.
